Passionate Lawyers Experienced In A Variety Of Legal Matters

In our many years of practicing law, we are fortunate to have handled a wide variety of cases. At our firm, we have narrowed our practice areas to those we love and can be passionate about.

For attorney Michael Rudolph, elder law, estate planning and real estate are three areas of law that are personal to him, having learned a great deal from helping his own family. His father lived past his 98th birthday, his mother-in-law was almost 95 when she died, and his mother is 102 years old. They were and are an important part of Michael’s life, and it is no wonder that elder law and estate planning issues are real and of deep concern to him.

For attorney Robert Bloodgood, elder law and estate planning have been his main focus for 25 years. Robert has helped many of his family members and neighbors. His grandmother lived to 101, and both of his parents are approaching 90. Elder law and estate planning issues are important to Robert. His experience has impressed upon him the importance of proper planning and helping those who need it.

We help elder law clients and their families with Medicaid planning that allows them to protect their assets. When you qualify for Medicaid benefits, we can relieve you of the often daunting burden of filing and following through with a Medicaid application. We can even make referrals to professionals who will help with nursing home placements. Our estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts. We explain to all of our clients the importance of general and medical powers of attorney and advance directives for health care (living wills). We also handle probate matters, as well as business transaction matters, real estate issues and guardianships.
